Lunar energy is a powerful tool you can use in your holistic lifestyle approach. The moon teaches us that it is OK to go through phases. Before getting into the third/last quarter moon phase of the cycle, let’s review:
🌑 We sought guidance during the dark moon.
🌒 We set intentions and created our action plan during the new moon.
🌙 We implemented initial action steps towards our action plan during the waxing crescent moon.
🌓 We reviewed and refined our action plan if needed during the first quarter moon.
🌖 We implemented any amended action steps towards our action plan during the waxing gibbous moon.
🌕 We celebrated the power of manifestation in our lives during the full moon.
🌖 We began to release bad habits a started replacing them with better habits during the waning gibbous moon.
🌗 We practiced forgiveness and giving back during the last/third quarter moon.
🌘 Now it is time to end out the cycle with the waning crescent moon.
We made it to the waning crescent moon phase of the cycle! We have sought guidance, kept the faith, and practiced the miraculous power of manifestation. So now it is time to use the final days of this cycle to reflect and rest. We also need to rest to prepare for the next cycle.
During reflection, we want to examine what did and did not work for us this cycle. Waning Crescent Moon Reflection is the perfect time for journaling. So get out your journal and record:
Be honest with yourself; it’s the only way to grow. You will be the only one who sees it. So make sure you record your immediate thoughts and reactions to each phase. Doing so will help you acclimate easier to future lunar cycles, so you can manifest the life of your dreams!
Additionally, when reflecting on the last 21 days (did you notice that is how long it typically takes to form a habit, no coincidence), make sure to practice gratitude.
Gratitude is a crucial component of manifestation. Think about it. Wouldn’t you be more likely to want to continue providing more and more to someone if they express how truly grateful to you they are? So even though I am thankful daily for my abundance and blessings, I emphasize that gratitude during this part of the cycle.
Ahhh, it’s time for recuperating! Listen, manifesting your dreams into reality consumes so much energy. So now we get to refuel for the next cycle. During this phase of the cycle, self-care matters the most! Of course, self-care is an essential part of daily holistic wellness. However, specifically for the lunar cycle, utilize the energy of the Waning Crescent Moon to emphasize self-care. Get plenty of rest and relaxation to replenish your mind and body to start a new cycle.
The best thing about the moon is it teaches us that not only is it OK to go through phases and cycles, but it is actually productive. So just keep practicing the actions of each phase. If you did not manifest what you intended for this cycle, no worries! Simply try again during the next one! Before you know it, you will have a new valuable skill; manifesting with lunar energy.
